    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam have been waiting on your contractors, BT Openreach for over 3 weeks to install my broadband. Very poor service so far when the Engineer said a cable needed to be connected, extremely unhappy with service so far, but am very much over a barrel!
