    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I've tried all this weeks ago. Like I said, I'm not doing anything different to what I've done in the past 7 year and I've never had a problem like this before. I've recently upgraded and ive got the latest router going so I shouldn't be having these problems.

    @SkySports how bias was your commentary and recording of the game 1 player was praised that much and on screen more than the game. I rather you never came back to the Nys with pundits and commentators been so 1 sided and bias

    Can't believe the Shysters @SkyUK today! Wanted to remove my sky sports package while the F1/golf is in the off season. "Sorry Sir you are in contract for 18 months and would have to pay a £60 fee to cancel". Surely flexibility is key when adding/removing individual TV packages!
