I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

For the money my house pays for your "reliable" service you'd better get your act together.
