    @hollywood_niall @timpayton @SkySports Exactly. I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I cannot get any sky channels - have sky glass. When it’s switched in it is a blue screen with the message there is a technical issue and you experiencing a limited serviceS we are working hard to fix the problem. Been like it since 5 am. I have wifi ok though

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m at home with the flu, I’ve just downloaded and watched 4 episodes of #upright new series but when trying to download episode 5 it’s saying there’s now a technical fault! Help a girl out! I’m dying on my sofa wanting to carry on with my binge!

    @SkyHelpTeam thanks for getting back, maybe this is something that could be said at point of sale, as my parents would not of changed if they knew this. what's the point of having a cooling off period if you cant cancel and have what was there before, they have all the equipment

    Can you help me please @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK the Sky mobile phone I was expecting yesterday was delivered to the wrong address.(the delivery photo was the wrong house) I've sent my ID to Sky via email and made several calls to DPD and Sky with no resolution.
