I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @mowglib @captainstaino @SkySports But saying he's on the wrong line is nonsense. There's no such thing as an ideal line when you're racing. He moved across and showed his intent, it's then up to both drivers to ensure there's no contact. It wasn't a deliberate punt, so it's a racing incident.

    Day 4 or 5 of no Internet service from sky from 9am to 9pm. The @SkyHelpTeam has offered contradictory information as to what's wrong "booked engineer visits" as it needs it, then cancel them and don't bother calling back to tell us. We had to find out when we called back.

    @SkySports Its Hamilton fault and it really poor that he won't admit it just says it both of our fault when it clear as day his fault for trying to take the inside line misses the apex just poor by Lewis especially considering his experience
