    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done the checks and it says to book an engineer. But no appointments for nearly 2 weeks . From what I understand there is a UK wide problem , not just me . So again ,when can I expect my service to be working ?

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s for clarifying, but that doesn’t really help! I’ve watched all seasons up to Season 8, episode 14 and can’t watch the remaining episodes as they have been taken down with no warning, which is very frustrating and not the best way to treat customers!

    @SkyHelpTeam Have sky sports via virgin media and want to watch on tablet. Had sky sports tv app and could sign in via virgin to watch but now saying not compatible. Tablet is Android 9 , is it only only android 10 now ?

    @SkyHelpTeam We are not having issues, I’m looking to upgrade but we are on a package that I believe doesn’t exist anymore. Our package is for super fast at 36mbps, I want to upgrade to 59mbps but cannot as it says I’m already on that.

    @pintoo @Bundesliga_EN @SkySports I was reading the other day the guy who was reason for getting into the sports left and now they wish to get back to focusing on the core principles of broadband etc. There big problem was paying huge fees for some of the content like champions league
