    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam I resolved the Netflix skyQ issue by switching to my ancient smart tv. It costs 99p more a month but it’s reliable! The issues are that I pay you for a service and it lets me down repeatedly. Get a more rewarding job Laura

    @iiMacDonald_ @SkyUK No problem mate... are you wireless I had literally every service provider possible f Talk talk bt sky had issues with them all. If you have wireless I'd recommend ethernet cable that's what I had to do.
