    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyUK can you tell me why we constantly have problems with WiFi connectivity? We even have the booster box in the hall way. (WiFi box in the living room) so it’s literally half way. Any help would be brilliant.......

    @niall_tansey @SkySports He can. Mate, seriously, go watch the second goal against Sheffield, watch what Martial does. It's genuinely a disgrace. Cavani is 33, and is chasing people down. Then let's get to the whole "Martial has 2 PL goals" thing too. Genuinely awful.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK I keep get what I've assumed spam calls with a message from my ISP saying broadband is to be disconnected due to illegal activity. Usually hang up, but listened and took me through to a call centre that claim to be openreach. Thought you should know.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying for three days to resolve an issue with my mobile bill. Was supposed to receive a call from a manager yesterday, but nothing. Very poor customer service all round.
