@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@hollywood_niall @timpayton @SkySports Exactly. I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

@SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

@Toughie84 @SkyHelpTeam Quite easy, cancel your DD, then when its not collected, nor the second time, they send you letter saying they ae cutting you off, then about a month later you get cut off and sent a bill for outstanding amount

@SkyHelpTeam - I am appalled by your poor service! I am a VIP Member and have been using your Broadband service for over 2.5 years here in the UK. For the past 7 days, I am without Internet and nothing has been done to sort out the issue urgently. This is unimaginable!
