    @SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

    @Sophs_C @LowfieldsLad77 @SkySports @johncrossmirror @henrywinter They tried to get into both the Rising Sun and the Robins pub. They caused mayhem outside both. Just because you didn’t see it, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Horrible bunch of fans. Disliked everywhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam that failed as its says can not be rebuilt in diskless mode. Turn off and restart, tried that - no different!!! HELP! 2/2

    @SkyUK disappointed at your attitude towards my parents who are pensioners. They called in December to tell you they can’t afford package and was pressured into an up sell. Now they are being told not to buy food but to pay your bills which you won’t let them cancel!

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam But the programme is listed under sky catch up not under sky box sets? I was told catchup channels were standard on my subscription when I signed up? It’s misleading if you treat every past series you air as a ‘box set’ add on if it is listed under catch up tv which is free?
