    @SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

    @neil1138 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, HD has been around for so long now, it's hard to understand how they can justify charging more for it. I bet it would be a struggle to find a new TV that doesn't support HD nowadays.

    @SkyHelpTeam Luckily the engineer arrived today and FFTP is up and running. But we got no confirmation the day before the incorrect date or the correct date. Why has sky's communication become crap. Is was great before.

    @skyuk by far the worst provider there is if you're looking for a company that shows a good level of customer service. I'm owed over £100 as a refund from over a month ago. The Complaint handler refused a call back as their line manager doesn't want to. 0 out of 10.
