@SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

@skyuk have told us we have six months on our contract. We thought we were out of contract next month. We signed up to @virginmedia 5 months ago because Sky BB is so bad. @skyuk say as we haven’t complained they won’t break contract. I’m sharing all issues here #skybroadbandsucks

Seems @SkyUK are another bunch of con artists. Can through to upgrades instantly but cancellations is a 30+ min wait with constant reminders that you can view stuff online. I want to cancel, not view crap and go round in circles.
