    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    @SkyUK wow my bill has gone up again! £115 per month. Only half the football no cricket no champions league yet they think a rise from £80 to £115 is justified. Can’t even answer the phone. Any other suggestions as just going to cancel sky

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I have not had broadband since Thursday night. It has been over 36 hours. All helplines to register a complaint/ request info have an automated message response. I can't speak to anyone who can tell me what's going on. This is unacceptable. I need an update, NOW
