@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

@SkyUK phone the Helpdesk, who use system and process as the excuse a dozen times, I have to wait until the broken box is returned to you, regardless of fact that delivery agent has already marked delivery as refused and is showing on system!
