Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

Sky asked her not to cancel & offered £26 a month for the slower speed she was already on. Told them no & moved off Sky.
