@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

@KhyleDeen @SkySports @WWE @WWEBrayWyatt Tbh I don’t know for sure, but I’ve always assumed that if @SkySports have live programming going on from somewhere in the world, someone has to stay up & deal with any technical issues, it would make sense.

@SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

@OpenreachHelp No reason failed three times with BT and now on second attempt with @SkyUK. Both stating openreach engineers are at fault. If there is an issue with cabinet why has this not been resolved in 5 months?
