I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

@SkyUK we’ve been trying to cancel our sky package since last Monday and keep getting a message saying “sorry this is unavailable, please try again later”. I managed to pause it today. I’ve looked and I’ve been charged in full for March although we haven’t used the service...

@SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

@SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

Very disappointed in #skymobile @SkyUK!! Ordered a phone, Nov 22, after failings with @DPDgroup_news on next day delivery, 2 months later (to the day) I'm told it's out of stock and can't re-issue so had to cancel the order, now there's nothing available at a similar price!

So, I cancelled my @SkyUK subscription in December and somehow had £14.50 owing on my account. So, two months later did they contact me using the email address or phone number they have for me? No, they passed the 'debt' onto a collection agent instead. **** You Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam - please don't subscribe to sky broadband. Their broadband promised speed is not provided and when you complain they don't provide resolution and instead say the speed is proper. There is no compensation provided for reduced service of complaints period. #skyisfraud
