    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done a full reset of the hub, as the help in the link told me to do, still getting a lot less than the minimum upload speed. 146.4 download, this is in the min/max range sky gave me, 6.4 upload which is below the 24mbps speed and doesn't allow me to stream without it cutting out.

    @SkyUK absolutely appalled at the service I pay through the nose for and am not receiving! My 6 year old wants to watch a film we bought but the broadband is out and no one wants to do anything to help! So we are off to get an alternative deal and say goodbye to Sky. VIP-NOT!😡

    Severe Internet issues and @SkyUK website just says having problem connecting to hub then speeds are slow and there's nothing they can do so I have had to stop the stream. Do I get anything off my bill? If I didn't pay it and said funds are low you would cut me off immediately!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. All the stuff I always do. Restarts etc . I then get it back. But I thought the update was going to mean an end to all this. Clearly that is not the case. I now await itv live to freeze yet again tonight. I should not have to unplug to get a service

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh great that’s just fantastic. Your info attached to the update sent to testers said it was to resolve the freezing issue. I’m paying over £100 a month with not even an offer of a discount or anything while I’m unplugging and resetting . I’ve been cheated
