    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @jojolou1973 @SkyHelpTeam I live in Moston (M40) and we're the same. Called Sky and they said there's an outage that can take up to 2 working days to fix (taking us up to Tuesday)! Ridiculous to say the least.
