    @UKTV @pearlsgirl0788 @julie_cooling @virginmedia @SkyUK @bt_uk @TalkTalkTV @alibi_channel Wi-Fi signal kept dropping - was sorted within 24 hours. Landline nor working - engineer out and fixed within 48 hours. Never had a problem with incorrect billing. I'd be delighted to know why @UKTV has a vendetta against @virginmedia - yes that's what it sounds like

    @SkyHelpTeam Made a complaint over two months ago and nothing. However, I cancel payment and they soon got in contact/restricted service even though my services weren't working for weeks. Get an email saying they're dealing with my complaint (4weeks ago) and still nothing! (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Haven't had any internet since 8.30, had to go to the library to work today. And on top of that, it's "training day" so it takes 20 minutes to get to customer service, and then they drop the call. Thanks Sky. Will definitely be looking to move to another provider.

    @Autobotbettips @SkyUK They don't help and told me I'd haveto pay £60 for a booster. I've switched to talk talk for £22.50 a month and not had a single problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm finding it very frustrating being a customer, the broad band Is very slow despite having a guarantee speed, it's still below par. When I ring the advisor just tries to sucker me in to upgrading or changing but it ends up costing me more. Unfortunately I dont own a money tree.
