    @SkyHelpTeam your online complaint form says issues are looked into within an aim of 48 hours, I raised a complaint at the end of December and still nothing, nor any update via DM... this is beyond unacceptable

    @UKTV @pearlsgirl0788 @julie_cooling @virginmedia @SkyUK @bt_uk @TalkTalkTV @alibi_channel Wi-Fi signal kept dropping - was sorted within 24 hours. Landline nor working - engineer out and fixed within 48 hours. Never had a problem with incorrect billing. I'd be delighted to know why @UKTV has a vendetta against @virginmedia - yes that's what it sounds like

    @SkyHelpTeam feeling let down &slightly ripped off the way an extra sky q mini box was sold to me! Paid for “installation” & 3 weeks later a guy turns up to plug a box in. as he left, engineer told me I wouldn’t be able to watch my 3rd box at the same time as my 2nd - pointless!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just DM'd you but your customer service team need to seriously improve staff availability and commitment to current customers. Trying to get hold of someone to resolve such a minor issue has been IMPOSSIBLE. I've called, emailed and FB messaged all in just one morning.
