@SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

@SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam sky glass not working, keeps crashing from around 9:45. Regretting having it. Rewind, record not as good as skyQ was and I lost loads of recordings to change to this disappointment. Voice control on remote fails and have to be reset. Multi too is terrible too

@SkyHelpTeam They have tried resending signal and restarting several times. I am most annoyed about being promised callbacks that never come and so far wasting 3 days waiting in for the calls. I've just sent an email outlining my complaint.
