    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    @SkyHelpTeam Another visit has been scheduled but no date given and given the record of visits being cancelled, I don't have high hopes for this actually happening either. Sky are going round in circles without questioning why so many cancellations. Please just fix the issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK we’re now 14 days without broadband and still no one has come to fix it! What will it take for you to send an engineer rather than an endless cycle of call centre staff who can’t help?! Imagine if I cut your internet for 14 days in the middle of a pandemic...
