😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

BUT organisers are idiotic & incapable of arranging sensible support mechanisms for players with such problems. Perhaps players need to get together & force the hand of organisers.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried this numerous times and it just keeps stating access denied. Its now on a 4th day down. All my services, on demand, Netflix my additional box all work on WiFi. This better be reimbursed
