    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks JH. I think it needs looking into... 17 years shes been a customer, and for the past 2 has had services and what not she doesn't need/want. And although I know its likely at SOME point in nearly 2 decades shes asked for them, out of contract prices are scarey for OAPs.
