    @reece_durrant_ @SkyUK And the irony here is you only qualify if you have informed them and you have no service after 8 hours. I can't spend all day dicking around the web looking for a page to raise a complaint using my cell! You have the means to contact me via SMS. Why not use that?

    @SkyHelpTeam You closed our complaint with no follow up, no refund for the 4 weeks we were without broadband and STILL keep asking us to return the equipment. We barely get 3G here, I’m having to hang out of my bedroom window just to send this.
