    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Due to go live with another provider and asked to terminate our broadband through Sky. Decided last minute to stay with Sky (we were still in our 30 days cancellation period). Our phone line and Broadband have been completely cancelled and disconnected.

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 times I’ve had this robotic response and I’ve tried them all, tested my connection which has “No issues” as normal yet still disconnects every time I try to play online games and still buffers when trying to watch Netflix/Amazon prime. Awful service
