    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @virginmedia But then that would be a fault with the router you provided then. A gig of Internet shouldn't be dropping to the speeds I've been getting, especially when I'm sat directly next to the router. My Internet wasnt this slow or lag so much when I was with @SkyUK at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just double checked and Wi-Fi has now gone off my mums phone too and flicked to mobile data 4G I think it’s an issue at your end and when I go to input the password written on the hub (written exactly as seen) it says incorrect password

    @SkyHelpTeam well there you go….cut off at 8pm and problem totally unresolved!! You obviously have no interest in keeping my business at all. Just wanted the Superfast TV Deal you’re splashing all over the media. Been a customer for 19 years….time for I had a rethink.
