    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

    With so many people talking about Sky Broadband going up and down every few minutes I don't understand why the @SkyUK site still says there are no known issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

    @SkyHelpTeam what is going on?! Open reach appointment booked and never showed. Now been on the phone for over 2 hours after being told you’d call me back. No one is helping. If this is how you treat your loyal customers then we better leave.

    @SkyUK 1st: the lady on the phone was superb, a real gem. 2nd I am incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied by Sky’s approach to problem solving. After many years with you I am now searching for another tv broadband and phone (3 mobiles) provider. I would greatly appreciate a chat.
