@SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

@SkyHelpTeam We are getting a lot of internet dropouts at home recently. Zoom especially, where we never used to have any issues. Anything happening in our area? Tried the usual off and on, changing channels even trying a different router has made no difference.

@SkyHelpTeam - Renewed our 18m contract last Monday. 5 calls & 2 emails later I’m still not getting the monthly price I was quoted. This happened on my last two contract renewals too. I like the product but these continual problems give me second thoughts about staying with Sky.
