    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve just come off the phone to one of your staff and I’m extremely disappointed with the service & advice provided. Once I made a complaint I was told it wouldn’t be taken any further anyway and would simply be closed, it won’t even be reviewed by anyone else

    @SkyUK Yes I’m shocked 😱 and disgusted how they treat there customers. We have phone, broadband and tv through them so will look into changing the lot I think.

    @SkyUK countlessly being let down by you. Messed up a SkyQ order two months ago and refunded me after being mis-sold. Now my sky viewing card gets cancelled because you processed the SkyQ viewing card 2 months later. Absolutely shambolic customer service.

    @ArtisanLoaf @denialvibes @SkyUK Nope, once yours is 2 years old it’s your problem. Although apparently if you phone them up and whine a bit when your +HD box stops working they’ll sign you up to a free Q without penalty charges. Which is nice of them

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky box replaced 2 weeks ago due to fault, already broken, can't send engineer for over a week, or send replacement box. Imagine if Netflix was down for a week, and Sky is double the price. Very poor.

    @SkyUK your installation guy arrived Thursday. Said he couldn't install TV and would be sending "Swat team" over the same day or by latest Friday. Today is Sunday and radio silence. Can you make sure were not paying for this + fix asap
