@SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam If only she had a mobile!!! But she doesn’t and the Sky team won’t talk to me as I’m not the account holder for her. She has an alarm in case of falls and this uses the phone line which she has not got now and no way of knowing for how long. Pretty poor service.
