😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

When you have severe anxiety on making phoncalls and have held off ringing @SkyHelpTeam - to get through the the boy is clearly sitting outside, bad connection and kept repeating the wrong postcode back at me. Is there any other way to try cancel / get my TV package brought down?

@SkyHelpTeam I can't log in to my new sky account on mysky app. I had sky a year ago, but cancelled it(homemove) and now renewed it but it appears my login takes me to my old account. Same with skygo account too. How do I resolve this?
