😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, The issue is not the connection. But it certainly seems Sky is taking undue advantage of the situation for customers who do not have fibre connection in their property, and unfortunately, they have to stay with #sky and sky is #increasing charges.
