    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    @SkySportsF1 @SkySports Absolutely NOT, it wasn’t an issue when Schumacher and Ferrari weee ruling the roost, Nor Mercedes - why is it only an issue because it’s Red Bull? Just because a team has an advantage, other teams should be striving to close the gap - not throwing their tools in a defeatist way

    @mrjlockey95 @SkyUK No, absolutely DON'T go to Virgin. I've just booted them myself because they tried to stiff me out of an extra £21 a month for my package. And from next year, you'll have no right to cancel with them due to RPI increases (& the 3.9% extra on top they'll charge you). Don't do it.
