    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyUK can you tell me why we constantly have problems with WiFi connectivity? We even have the booster box in the hall way. (WiFi box in the living room) so it’s literally half way. Any help would be brilliant.......

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well it came back at some point before midnight of its own accord but this is now the 2nd time this has happened! What irks me is that there's nothing to explain why I've lost service, no one ever apologises. It's as though no one cares! I doubt you'd accept that from others!
