    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have just tried this and now I can’t see the recordings on my main box plus all the other errors. Only think I can do is see the channels and apps on the main box and see the apps on the minis. Nothing else. Minis still saying no satellite signal
