    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    @jacquep @SkyHelpTeam If that behaviour applies to all devices, then my guess is that you have a local DNS failure. I suspect it will recover very slowly as the network self-heals.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports The ball is in play when he’s fouled... it’s a pen... irrespective of Watkins likely not catching it... you can’t wipe a player out when the ball is in play. Pen. VaR is not the problem- it’s the moron in Stockley Park who is the issue

    @jacquep @SkyHelpTeam That is definitely a device issue and not a router or your service provider. The fact that some devices connect and some don't, is a clear indication that the problem is with your device.
