    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

    @SkyUK we’ve been trying to cancel our sky package since last Monday and keep getting a message saying “sorry this is unavailable, please try again later”. I managed to pause it today. I’ve looked and I’ve been charged in full for March although we haven’t used the service...

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @Rhiannag96 @SkyHelpTeam Honestly you can try and explain it every which way you want, just pay your bill. If the direct debit hasn’t come out for whatever reason you can make a payment on the app, online, or Q box. Did the emails of none payment/possible restriction not alert you of the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam my Sky broadband has gone down at 10:00pm on a Friday night. We did your service checker and it says an engineer is booked. Your phone lines are closed. I work from home and am doing so tomorrow. I need wifi to do so. When will this be fixed? Thanks
