    @SkyHelpTeam had sky glass less than a week and despite 500mb internet through Ethernet, it never works, what are you going to do? Tried to watch itvhub and nothing loads. Channel changes take minutes. Not acceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Ross, the issue is still with Sky's end. Saying it's resolved when many are reporting it is not fixed still for them. It was working fine until the exchange outage problem, which while it maybe working now for some. My area is not fixed.

    @skytv @skyhelpteam I hate taking to Twitter but I'm infuriated that I spend £80+ pm with you and it seems impossible to book an engineer visit to fix my Sky+ box. There's no way to do this on the web site, when I call I wait + get cut off, and your 'virtual assistant is useless
