    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

Websites and unhelpful answering machines that all give us no info and we get copy and paste response on Twitter. Feel absolutely abandoned by Sky the second **** goes wrong.

    @SkyHelpTeam This isn’t wifi related. The signal where I work is appalling and it’s not just me having the same issue. Constant drop outs of signal an engineer needs to visit the area and they will soon see the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK You use the O2 network,they've promised they won't introduce roaming charges whilst in the EU, why will you be charging your customers from 3rd May £2 a day? We stayed with you as you said you had no intention of introducing this charge! Disgraceful!
