@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

@SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@BarryC63172941 @SkySports Best example in boxing I could give where people would know who I mean. Very similar fighters, no plan b, poor stamina, both usually win with blockbuster hits. Both been taken apart by more complete fighters. Anyone who can take Mcgregors hits will beat him. He's 1 dimensional

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried the test - says no issues but it’s dropped out 3 times today & it affected an online meeting I held yesterday & completely stopped during my online board meeting Thursday - this obviously isn’t acceptable and not what’s expected when we pay for extra broadband!?
