@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

So another phone call to @SkyHelpTeam results in nothing and still no ability to assure my installation will take effect on Monday. Hopeless customer service and smacks of pure incompetence. If anyone is thinking of moving to Sky, just don’t bother.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s Louise. Yes of course we have done this. We keep being told that it’s an Opernreach issue and it’ll be at least 72 hours b4 anyone even sees the message, then god knows how long before it’s fixed. We can’t even work in cafe or visit a friend at the moment, shocking service.

@SkyHelpTeam Unless that’s a 24 hour help line, that’s no use to me. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.
