Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Using samsung s8+, I have reinstalled it and it is now working. I hadn't tried it because when there have been issues in the past it hadn't worked. Thank you for your help
