Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam Please, please, please fix your PlayStation app! It won't even load to the home screen anymore, just crashes on the initial load. (On PS5 - please don't say it's Sony's issue - it is your app and between you, it needs fixing).
