Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@SkyHelpTeam my contract is due to expire and I have been offered a new deal for £95 pm £20+ more than I'm currently paying. If I go through as a new customer I can get a better package than I've already got for £84 pm? As a sky customer for 10 years I would expect a better deal!

@SkyUK Don’t buy #skyglass it’s the most frustrating experience. Picture quality is poor. Programmes freeze for minutes to hours at a time. Keep having to reset ie switch off and on at the socket. Miserable
