So @SkyUK internet is down AGAIN, I'd say my wi-fi drops out at least once a week and doesn't return for hours. The first thing I'm doing when it's back is finding a new provider... @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

& apparently our TV & broadband is now down until the 30th November what the actual F!!!, did Virgin email us? Call us? Nope we waited 2 hours to find that out, I definitely think I shall be giving @SkyUK & @bt_uk a call, as there’s no way their customer service can be that bad!

@SkyUK I have tried calling several times over the past few weeks to discuss an issue with my billing and a refund but every time I get the phone put down by your automated service. This is so frustrating as your website is no help either! How can I speak to an actual human?
