    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    Can't help but get a bit annoyed by all the rainbow stuff in today's games - seems like they do this several times a year now. Meaningless virtue signalling that simply covers up the fact that there still isn't a single footballer who feels able to come out #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @DisneyPlusHelp my Disney plus app keeps freezing on my @SkyUK q box. Kids are getting fed up with not being able to watch anything, and I’m getting fed up with paying for something that doesn’t work properly! Any fix for this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @Hazbeen66 @virginmedia @SkySports Irs purposely put out for a shite pictur. I used to watch sky sports HD on virgin. The picture is pretty blurry. Its not HD. On bt sports HD it was perfect. Virgin then missed up my package temporarily and I had to watch a football game non-HD. Was laughably bad. Un-watchable.

    @Chrisharrison2 @SkySports I watched in Tues no problem. I currently don’t have any Sky tv at all. Been on the phone for hours to @SkyHelpTeam and I’ve never come across people who literally don’t know what they’re doing.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why are you harassing my elderly disabled mother for a payment you allege is outstanding? She agreed a new contract which you haven’t activated, but you suspended her service. She has a hearing impairment. - so calling is difficult. Any suggestions?

    @johntownley11 @SkySports To give some balance, Salah has also been absolutely crap this season up to now, though his goal midweek perhaps indicates he’s about to return Hopefully the same for Mr Rogers tomorrow Bottom line. If you work hard your taken will overcome dips in form 👍🏻
