I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

But can't get the blasted thing to work on Sky Mobile 5g despite it being enabled on plan and in coverage in Edinburgh. Seems that Google only allow specific networks to be 5g enabled :/. But they are an mvno of a network that is. So no idea.

Numerous calls and engineer visits during our contract due to our appalling broadband speeds. We’ve not had our guaranteed min speed for more than 1 month combined I believe in the whole 20 months
