    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    Can't help but get a bit annoyed by all the rainbow stuff in today's games - seems like they do this several times a year now. Meaningless virtue signalling that simply covers up the fact that there still isn't a single footballer who feels able to come out #skysports

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I've just spent the best part of an hour on the phone to your broadband team trying to ascertain when it might be fixed. They are blaming Openreach and say the issue lies with them.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I find out status of repair to my parents faulty phone line reported Sunday.They are 84+85, clinically and can't make/receive calls. Sky say they can't let me access help for them as I don't have the password. Can't get password as they don't have phone!

    @SkyHelpTeam The voice did a detailed line test and said it’s an issue that requires an engineer. Then said ‘usually they arrive within 2 working days, we’ll call you’ I’m lost. I have an oncology consultation tonight and I don’t have a reliable internet connection. :/

    @WeAreOpenreach I placed a new order with BT to cancel sky - sky gave me a better deal so stayed -within 20min of ordering with BT I cancelled NoV 30th .NOW I can’t be as openreach are still saying there is new order online ! @SkyUK @btsport

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, due to have Sky installed on Thursday but having problems with BT broadband setup (new house). So, do I need working internet for your Engineer to do our setup?
