    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam fix youre crap no sky tv from 20.30 and it stil down whythe hell do i pay you for tv when it rains its gows down utter **** and i redet my box 6 times and itd stil down i not paying money for tv i cant whatch so fix it now

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do your technical teams have any idea what “Incident Management” is? A compete IT team would have assigned an Incident Manager to my case by now and this person would manage the issue through to completion and provide me with regular updates.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I eventually get fed up with working for a living, I think I’ll apply for a job on the Sky Social Media “Help” Team. Getting paid to copy and paste the phrase “You’ll have to call the Helpdesk for that” into tweets sounds like a really easy way to make money.

    @SkyHelpTeam we upgraded to get the sky f1 channel about an hour ago and it’s displaying a satellite signal issue message. It’s the only channel that’s not working. Tried restarting the box but still not working.

    @mylifeinwordsuk @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia My bill was gonna increase by 50% and the agent i spoke to said i had a once in a lifetime deal. Another said when I swapped broadband that speed wasn't everything. Customer service and support is shocking. Sky used to be A good company, sad how that's no longer the case
