@SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@El_Cunto76 @SkySports Yet one wasn’t given? Pretty sure it does work like that as I’ve seen plenty of penalties and fouls not given when the ball has gone. Very different from taking a player down during a goal scoring chance if it’s already gone wide.

The whole Sky PL Juniors is a nice idea but the sound on Main Event is terrible. You can hear the Juniors commentators right next to Main Event although they’re broadcasting on a separate channel. Its very annoying. #skysports #skyjuniors @SkyHelpTeam
