    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    So @SkyUK internet is down AGAIN, I'd say my wi-fi drops out at least once a week and doesn't return for hours. The first thing I'm doing when it's back is finding a new provider... @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    @SkyUK outrageous customer 'service' 1st u ring me @ work on Thurs 2 'lower my bill'... take up 20 mins of my working day. Bamboozle me with lots of s**t. When I ring back 2day, 2 return account 2 what it was, during cooling off period, u take 45 effing mins & 2 people to do it??

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s who I spoke to and Got told nothing they can do. BT are offering the same deal and £100 cash back. Having to barter for diamond vip member in the current climate is awful. I’ll ring again midweek never had a problem speaking to British call centres. Have a good weekend.
