@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

I wonder how many days in your life, u r on the phone to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam and still get nowhere? It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

I am so fed up of @SkyUK my phone hasn’t worked for months I can’t ever receive calls and whenever I phone it’s ‘there’s a mast down sorry.’ Awesome but right now I’m paying for a phone that doesn’t work 🙄 so far I’ve missed a call from my doctors and the baby’s health visitor😒

Absolutely shocking service from @SkyUK Viewing card doesn’t work, going to take “a few days” - I can get almost anything delivered next day, except a sky card apparently. I am now cutoff from every service I access. Time to look at alternatives.
