@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Not spoken to tech team yet but I manage to reconnect it without an issue. Just a pain to do coz the Sky broadband box is at the opposite side of the house and upstairs. If it continues to happen I’ll contact tech team.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the quick reply. I do have a current service, but have changed my package (hence the new router). In the set up it references a set up date on the box, but there isn’t one. Am still ok to switch?
