@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

Signing up for a 30Mb package with @SkyUK despite it being only 30Mb because @virginmedia seem unable to provide an actual service and because they clearly don't care about their customers at all.
