    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

    @SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi @SkyHelpTeam how will you be doing this? We were due to have broadband as of Friday, it’s Monday and we still have nothing as well as having no way to work from home which doesn’t sit well with our employers? I can’t believe sky cannot do anything to help as told by your agent

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I’m trying to watch Episode 1 of The Undoing in SD. It keeps failing. I can download episode 2 but that’s not helpful! I’ve tried deleting and downloading again but no joy. I can see others have had issues with this episode too? Any ideas?

    @LFC96594865 @SkySports Also, Suarez didn’t get an 8 game ban for 1 incident, he got a 4 match ban for the original comment, 3 matches for repeating it another 3 times and then a 1 match ban for an unrelated incident of making offensive gesture to Fulham fans

    Hello @SkyUK we switched to your services on 26 Nov. TV didn’t work and they couldn’t activate broadband or phone. We have now been told an engineer will visit on 19th December leaving us with no internet or phone. Not good enough. Please help.
