@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

@SkyUK Sky glass and of course absolutely no help from sky! You cannot log into your account, no pin, they can do nothing on Twitter and when you eventually manage to speak to someone they don’t help you! They tell you you are being transferred & they put the phone down!

My @SkyHelpTeam has been down for 5 days. I’m in Andover and we’ve been removed from @bt_uk / @OpenreachHelp list of locations with reported issues despite all my neighbours reporting the issue. Open reach said there would be a fix by 01:30 today which has now been removed

@SkyHelpTeam yesterday broadband engineer walked out half way saying he'd be right back and then went home without telling me as there was an issue.. now sky tv engineer today can't fit the ariel and we have been rebooked for a new appointment in 2 weeks!! What an awful start
