@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

Can't help but get a bit annoyed by all the rainbow stuff in today's games - seems like they do this several times a year now. Meaningless virtue signalling that simply covers up the fact that there still isn't a single footballer who feels able to come out #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

@SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

@SkyHelpTeam We have spoken to the customer service team and have reset the box, still awful speeds. I am not getting what I am paying for here. We were told our house phone was interfering, we have removed this (and are still paying Sky for it) that had not worked. I am fed up of this.

@SkyHelpTeam And as occurred last time I fought for 6 months to get a visit to change the box ( sky fobbed me off ) , box was faulty and still I have a service that is unreliable at best. I spend more time problem solving the multi room than watching it !!!
