@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

@JayPL2 @SkyHelpTeam No, mobile/cellular broadband often doesn’t have the stability that is needed for Q to work. Its great its been working previously but its never guaranteed by Sky so you’ll either need to change broadband or get rid of Q

@SkyHelpTeam Rang up with a complaint earlier regarding my Sky Booster box. Was sold an 'add on' for booster for my WiFi, and it's terrible. Ended up in a new 18 month contract for something that doesn't work. Cheers.

@8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam I had a WiFi booster box, which was supplied for free to ensure my mini boxes worked in every room, that stopped working today, and they told me they would give me the 'boost' option on my original router. This hasn't fixed my issue. I just need them to send me a new booster box
