@SkyHelpTeam Within your “how to cancel your sky tv” help guide on your website. My parents bill is currently £167 and have they have been approached by Virgin offering £87 a month for the exact same thing. They’ve already agreed to the installation (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, is it true that customers aren’t allowed to cancel their SKY TV contract for a cancellation fee? If so, it seems you’ve got different rules from what is stated online, to what has been told over the phone.
