@SkyHelpTeam The person I spoke to 4 weeks ago reduced this months bill as an apology. Yet still it continues and my time is wasted. Your team are lovely and it’s not their fault but im tired of @SkyUK now. If it can’t be dealt with I want to cancel contract and leave after 14 years.Very poor

@SkyHelpTeam For God's sake, It went off just for ages (mine went off for 7 hrs) just over a week ago. It would be nice to have a constant broadband signal for a change.

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer had to come in and fix it. The contract started on Nov4 but I only got access from Nov9. The guy I spoke to over the phone said I’d get compensation fees between nov4 & nov9. Is that right?
