    @SkyUK why do you make so difficult to find your contact number, don’t you want people to contact you when they have a problem with their service, but you can get the sales number no problem funny that !!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey Sky I think you need to update your broadband status, this issue is clearly not just South East/Cardiff! No broadband for 2 hours so far in Cheshire.

    @SkyHelpTeam CT1 3 it’s gone down again from 10am today. Others from my local area waited for an hour on the phone last night to be told “Sky is aware there is a problem and that they are trying resolve it”. It’s becoming a regular thing. I need broadband for my Daughter for university.
