& apparently our TV & broadband is now down until the 30th November what the actual F!!!, did Virgin email us? Call us? Nope we waited 2 hours to find that out, I definitely think I shall be giving @SkyUK & @bt_uk a call, as there’s no way their customer service can be that bad!

@SkyUK I’ve been trying to cancel parts of my package for 3 days now and keep having to call your numbers, struggling to pay for thing as it is just now, no idea why I can’t cancel them online. Absolute joke. But yet if I cancel the direct debit I’ll look bad on me..

@SkyHelpTeam Tried you can't get them, full stop, I will just call bt tomorrow and get them to take over the contract. I came here as the last resort as I had done everything else, this is a waste of time. I will be screen shotting this for my complaint.

@SkyUK I have tried calling several times over the past few weeks to discuss an issue with my billing and a refund but every time I get the phone put down by your automated service. This is so frustrating as your website is no help either! How can I speak to an actual human?
