    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but we have 2 issues here. The reset by email option is not selectable and she does not know the answers to the security questions as my dad set it up and he has passed away so we're stuck. Can someone please call her?

    @SkyHelpTeam Not today but when I’ve tested before it has shown issues but when I tried to go further an error occurred and I couldn’t do anything more. We had issues with connection last night and today- enough to stop us being able to work but it doesn’t appear to show that on the link?

    Omg @SkyHelpTeam you have the worst customer service in the world. No one can agree on a price, I've been on the phone for over an hour and still my issue is not sorted. And after all that stress you want to charge me a £20 admin fee. #NoChance

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok I shall try that, and in this instance, is this a likely way to resolve the issue? I've followed the previous steps regarding contacting the ICO etc and reporting, and they still prevail, so if the number can be replaced for another, then i'll happily pursue. Thanks, Si

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok we're getting spammed even more from this number - can we look to get my new sim number replaced?! I gotta be honest, the messages are now mentioning legal threats to my 9 yo daugher, so ideally i'd get this number removed completely. Can someone help please. Thanks, Si

    @SkyHelpTeam All the online help guides does is tell you to reboot the router to see if the light goes green, which is does and then later it goes back to Amber.

    @SkySports Referees are never going to win a popularity contest as fans will always see the “mistakes” that costs them points which leads to criticism/banter/abuse & there we have the fine lines. However we have the massive issue of unacceptable abuse which is so rife & constant

    @SkyHelpTeam Sick of testing it. Comes back fine. Got another router sent out and it's even worse. Keeps going on and off apparently trying to find a signal. Paying for a service that's not working is brutal
