@virginmedia It happens on HD channels all the time, especially SkySports news and BT UHD. I have the issue recorded on my phone. Normally I have to watch the footy on a non HD channel, however there is no SD channel for BT sports.

1/2 @SkyHelpTeam absolutely abysmal service, trying to order the new iphone14 pro and 3 times during the checkout i get "technical error - this is our error not yours" each time after the credit check and agreement had been signed
