@SkyUK I thought that moving from analogue to digital was to stop sky from going down in bad weather all those years ago and yet again I've lost sky due to weather problems which digital was meant to stop happening. Are you going to issue a refund due to the loss of service

@SkyHelpTeam do you have people who actually answer phones or is it all faceless in line . I’m soon to be an ex 16y virgin top package customer and I’m looking for a new deal if the price is right . If your gonna just say “ sign up online “ then I guess I’m wasting my time .
