@VodafoneUK just spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone. I was 50:50 on staying with you and he’s rudeness has made me end the 14 years that iv been with you. Went to speak to @SkyHelpTeam and the customer service was by far the best. So happy I’m moving to sky.
