    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Our SkyQ box isn't receiving and signal and since we live in a flat, your website tells us to contact our management company to resolve the satellite issues however signal to the flat is fine as the same TV works using the same dish, it's just the sky box

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK this has to go down as the WORST service I have got from any company which includes services from multiple countries. Internet in India gets connected in a couple of days. This is worst than anything. Look at @Hyperoptic they serve much better.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband was promised in 10 SEP and then pushed to 14. Today it was expected to be activated. Now they are saying it is pushed to 18. Really want to know why you can't keep your promised dates. Do you guys care for customers. Pathetic service.
