Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.
