    @SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

    @SkySports Can I say your handling of The Bury fc and Bolton fc really lacks any sign of class, it is bad enough for their fans as it is without you dingoes adding to their sadness and sustain in how their “owners” have don/are doing to their clubs

    @virginmedia I have to say @virginmedia are one of the worst companies to contact if you have an issue. Their message system is a joke and accounts a shambles. @skyuk is looking a better prospect!!!!

    The total failure @SkyUK to resolve our problem is mind numbing. “I’m sorry you can’t call us right now” then a DM on twitter to say “just hold and someone will take your call” so I’ve now called three times and been cut off every time. Time to cancel our DD!

    How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

    @indiejungle @SkySports WSL games are on the red button which even my mum can get on her TV. And to be fair that's as good as can be expected as the standard is poor. Any shot on target has a reasonable chance of going in because of the standard of goalkeeping. As per the spurs keeper yesterday

    @SkyUK we’ve been trying to cancel our sky package since last Monday and keep getting a message saying “sorry this is unavailable, please try again later”. I managed to pause it today. I’ve looked and I’ve been charged in full for March although we haven’t used the service...

    @SkyHelpTeam As an existing customer I thought I would be able to change to a new product that would allow me to move my TV without paying for additional cables and living in Scotland it might go a ways towards ending the winter satellite signal loss.

    @MickeyM51050192 @aboutceltic @SkySports Nah. I'd rather have him a poor player and keep up the class goal scoring record he has than doing so much more work outside the box and not be in the box for the chances. That's what the 3 behind him are for.
