@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

pretty much whole of Gillingham and Shaftesbury, Dorset have no internet with Sky. @SkyHelpTeam keep saying they will send engineers out to homes next week, how can’t they see this a sky issue not our routers?! 🤔🤯

@SkySports Goal is good. Players have dived and manipulated the game for too long. A lot of problems with refs in the league but this isn't one of them.

@christopherw @SkyUK What's the worst that can happen - you stay as you are. Little tip try and be really nice, jokey & sound like a lovely person - don't know if it helped but I got the chap laughing & he dropped it quite low well IMO & I was happy with it. Be prepared to cancel though

@SkySports Hear me out. COVID is never going away. You can take 50 shots, it’s here to stay. I think we should just shut the ENTIRE WORLD down from November 1 - March 1 so no one contracts COVID!

21 days without any phone or internet yet @WeAreOpenreach still haven't booked an engineer to fix the line. @OpenreachHelp and @SkyHelpTeam are literally no help whatsoever. Time to change service provider and defo time to end Openreach's monopoly!

@SkySports You watch the player he looks up at the play before seemingly going down poleaxed. In my opinion if players continue to play act they will put other players at greater risk with their antics.

@SkySports Two golden rules hammered into us at school - 'hammered' is the right word with one or two teachers - were: 1. Never pass across your own 18 yard box (completely ignored now) AND 2. Play to the whistle (as in this case) Players do sportingly stop sometimes but no obligation

@SkySports It's the fault of football players acting like ***** and faking injury. Same thing happened to Man Utd with De Gea. Players who were down continued on and weren't subbed. Show some toughness ffs
