@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@skysports Is Dermot Gallagher really advocating that we need to announce that a goalkeeper cleaning out a player is now a foul? He was part of the problem by protecting goalkeepers when he reffed.

@SkyHelpTeam disappointing service - had a Sky Q installation booked between 8am and 1pm. Engineer arrived 12.10, left at 1pm 'cos not allowed to walk on a flat roof. Another on the way - but when? Now gone 2pm, getting impatient...
