@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkyHelpTeam Then stop trying & actual help! get tech involved! You don't need any info! You know my account name and that I have a speed issue. And that your app is faulty. Sky just want this to be private because it looks bad in public. such a shame sky stop u being genuinely helpful
