@SkyUK I spoke to a great guy Tues who couldn’t of been more helpful with a potential upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldn’t of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkyHelpTeam The issue was more that when I identified the call to be related to broadband, it tried to add sky sports to my account. Anyways, after calling again, I got through ok.

@SkySports I’ve noticed you tend to have an ex player from each team covering games. Do everyone a favour and don’t associate that idiot redknapp with Spurs. My 9 year old daughter has a better technical understanding of the game than him and doesn’t talk as much rubbish either
