    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

    pretty much whole of Gillingham and Shaftesbury, Dorset have no internet with Sky. @SkyHelpTeam keep saying they will send engineers out to homes next week, how can’t they see this a sky issue not our routers?! 🤔🤯

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

    @SkySports @GNev2 Arteta made the same changes against Fulham when 1 down and it won us the game. Maybe he should have accounted for the difference in quality between United and Fulham on the counter attack and waited 5/10 mins, but we can’t praise him for that and criticise him yesterday

    @SkyHelpTeam I was advised the issues with sky piggy bank was that it was being rebuilt and would be accessible late August. I still cannot access my piggy bank to exchange for any rewards, and it has been like this since I joined Sky which is rather disappointing! Any updates?

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried all that no-one responds, they run a check a say that I'm connected but never look into my issues, plus as per your T&C's since it been over a month with no change to my service I shall be cancelling my account without any leaving fees

    @SkySports Trouble is we still have tv pundits/fans criticism after watching a clip 10x so still the refs will get panned for their decisions. Var refs need improving they have the same advantages as tv so have no excuse. Take away var and remove tv scrutiny and get back to the basics.
