    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @SkySports Can you please explain why you have England v Bangladesh on 2 channels, New Zealand v Afghanistan on 1 channel plus the red button on another channel. There are 3 super rugby games on this afternoon and evening and not 1 is being shown live. Very poor broadcasting.

    @SkyHelpTeam honestly the problems I have had with my sky and just trying to book someone to come out and fix it is unbelievable, talking to someone on messenger because it is impossible to get through on the phone and when you finally get someone on messenger the system crashes!

    @DPD_UK You've lost my phone sent by @SkyUK, your customer service won't do a thing to help, sent me to the depot TWICE yet item not there, 1/4 tank of petrol (~£20) WASTED, e-mailed Sinead Croke, Director of Customer Experience, no response. Absolutely furious. Pathetic.

    @SkyHelpTeam There was no helpful / actionable information on the website. Also, I was wary to call customer service as the notice said you'd be prioritizing key workers and my wifi wasn't as bad as it has become now. I finally tried to call customer service but I was not put through.
