What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

@SkyHelpTeam No none at all my broadband is working fine, so is the Amazon Prime on my Sky Q, it is just Netflix , and it has never happened all the years I have had Q

Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

@Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍
