What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

@Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

@skyhelpteam sky q download failed. Advise how I suspend payment until you fix the problem of unable to download Sky programs on catch-up. I get the same error everyone else is having at the moment - "download failed, item unavailable". Not acceptable to charge £100 a month!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried recently to download various programmes on Sky Documentaries however I keep getting the “failed, item unavailable” message. Please help. I’ve checked internet connection and it’s fine and tried turning the box off and on again and still having the issue.
