@SkySports Can you please explain why you have England v Bangladesh on 2 channels, New Zealand v Afghanistan on 1 channel plus the red button on another channel. There are 3 super rugby games on this afternoon and evening and not 1 is being shown live. Very poor broadcasting.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been nearly three hours now, that’s not a high volume, it’s ridiculous. Either poor staffing levels or poor customer service.

@ahwpgapro @SkySports Totally agree Alan, sky are doing themselves no favours at all. Problem is though members expect it! It’s a nice to have for a golf club but doesn’t generate any income because people can’t drink any more so it is an expensive frill!!!

.@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband down YET again. Engineer out a week ago, new router etc and still service drops out. I cannot keep taking time off work to wait in for an engineer to fix the inadequate service you are providing! Awaiting your urgent response!

@SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps disconnecting and tried various types of ways to get sorting Inc two new routers and an Internet guarantee upgrade to solve problem. Internet just drops out and now even resetting the router won't help! Why waste any more of my money on this product
