    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @SkySports Can you please explain why you have England v Bangladesh on 2 channels, New Zealand v Afghanistan on 1 channel plus the red button on another channel. There are 3 super rugby games on this afternoon and evening and not 1 is being shown live. Very poor broadcasting.

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    @SkyHelpTeam No none at all my broadband is working fine, so is the Amazon Prime on my Sky Q, it is just Netflix , and it has never happened all the years I have had Q

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you I have done the check and the software and the hardware is the right one and the issue with Netflix has been resolved. I have sent the feed back and many thanks for your help.

    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @SkyUK No, they're useless when the wind isn't blowing, kill birds, are terrible for the environment (tons of concrete required), look awful, require rare earth minerals, and can't be recycled. And they're massively subsidised by the UK taxpayer. So it's a no from me.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not even the question I was asking. Let’s start again. I opt in to go with glass. After 2 years I decide to cancel my contract with you. Can I then use the sky glass as a normal tv via a tv aerial for free view, or can you only view it via a subscription rendering the tv useless

    @SkyUK I want the best - skyq is good so why would I go for a 3rd rate rebadged tv that looks terrible as you had put everything together and the thickness is laughable - I’ll wait for your iptv solution to get rid of my dish

    @terryga76741689 @TheLukos @SkyUK I’m a sky Q customer but once it ends I probably want glass with my current tv what’s a Samsung 8k 65 inch but if we need a new tv I will stick with the satellite dish and box
