    @SkySports Can you please explain why you have England v Bangladesh on 2 channels, New Zealand v Afghanistan on 1 channel plus the red button on another channel. There are 3 super rugby games on this afternoon and evening and not 1 is being shown live. Very poor broadcasting.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, that's no help either. There's nothing on there about what links programmes like Grey's Anatomy or Madam Secretary with Widnes.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    @SkySports He was paid for those services, it is not as though he gave his time voluntarily, same with Kahn, paid to turn London into a third world **** hole. The awards are tarnished, anyone with a title should be ashamed.

    @Virginmedia finally sent me a text at 13.04 today (13 hours later) to say there’s an outage, yet when I go to my account it says no issues in my area and I need an engineer. This happens every, single time I lose service. I was with @SkyUK for 2.5 years. Never had a problem!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been getting updates for weeks! The frustrating thing is you saying you can't compensate me for a loss of service that is out of my control. Yes, my calls and texts are free, but my data isn't, yes it rolls over BUT, I'm paying for a service I'm not getting!
