@SkyHelpTeam frustrating day, you team has still not solved me not being able to access email , it seems the software at your end is not working . I have not had access to mail all day .They keep sending me articles on help! I have tried them all before contacting anyway

@SkyHelpTeam It is driving me mad😢my Apple Watch/phone/MacBook all are on your network , when I try log in it says it is sending me an email , my recovery mail is a gmail , Sky says it doesn’t recognise it , when I try to log in to my Sky yahoo it says the same thing

@SkyHelpTeam just to let you know that your tech dept have found the problem with my email! It is Sky glass that is doing it, I believe they r working on it but many glass owners having it. A big thanks to you all for keeping me updated & the support

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

@Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

@SkyHelpTeam looks like a "glitch" in the Panther warehouse has caused a delay with all #skyglass deliveries today. Panther have conveniently turned phone lines off. No one from Sky can update on why. probably a few people with same issue @MoneySavingExp

@SkySports Oooo a don’t know maybe the fact his stats are horrendous!! Yes he’s a nice bloke blah blah but this is football, if you can’t win games then why should you stay in the job!! Literally the worst stats in prem history but because he’s a nice bloke he deserves more chance to lose

@grumps1000x @BenJohn45874515 @SkyUK Why not offer both. Most modern TVs have functionality to connect dish & aerial so all bases are covered. At the moment Sky are prioritising existing customers. Very many will have dish only. So going to be very disappointed when they see how poor streaming is for free to air.
