@SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

@SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon can i ask a question my sky was fitted on Friday 2nd Dec and 2 days later it stopped working I'm receiving no satellite signal but sky cant get an engineer out to me until 24.12 can i ask somebody to look into this as its unacceptable....!!!!!!

@SkyUK DON'T GO WITH SKY MOBILE! tried to get phone via sky. They sent me airpods instead. Now they are charging me for a phone I never received whilst they try to find phone. Told me if they can't I could have to pay full amount!Still paying for other phone for my NHS oncalls

@SkyHelpTeam I recently went through cancer treatment and I'm still bad from getting over it,I have had to give up streaming (due to crap internet) and can only play certain times of day (due to crap internet) so when I go on at 1am (non-peak)I expect to have at least a decent connection.
