@SkyHelpTeam Hi, every 15 mins or so my tv screen ( picture & sound ) breaks up for about a second. This doesn’t happen when we’re watching the apps like Netflix, iplayer etc. Is this a satellite issue?

Just saying 'we're working on it' contains no information whatsoever. Comms have been **REALLY** bad so far, 18 hours into an outage.

@SkyHelpTeam You're going to lose alot of customers after the way your company has reacted to this. Obviously poor infrastructure redundancies in place have lead to a catastrophic failure, which means you have been raking in the cash and not investing it in providing consistent good service!
