    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but not tremendously helpful. The whole of DY6 has been down since 8.30 last night. I had a text at 9.45 saying it was fixed but everyone appears to be still down at 3pm. Have you an update on the situation as testing my line isn’t really helpful

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. Yes I’ve been reading updates. No new update since 12.15. I’ve tried ringing to ask about refund for hours of no connection. On hold for 30 mins. I tweeted to try and find out how long it might be? 12 hours is a long time to be broken for? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam No dish on the house. Elderly lady just wants to watch tv and wants more channels than freeview. So is this possible? Can she have sat tv without a broadband service at the property? Have you got a sales team I can talk to? would be much easier but can't find phone # on website.
