@SkyHelpTeam I was out all day yesterday and when I got in it said Sky signal is not available.Resetting hasn't fixed it and it hasn't come back in time.Programmes from earlier in the day hadnt recorded so it must have gone in the morning or early afternoon.I'm not aware of anything changing!

@SkyHelpTeam I just made a phone call to sky, and wanted to say how helpful and friendly the lady was that I spoke to. Honestly…. Your customer services have to be one of the best out there. The only issue is I never get a survey to rate my call to sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Why have I been quoted £101 to renew, when it’s £70 to new customers. Great way to treat your longstanding customers. I could just leave & come back cheaper, or go to a cheaper company that values its’ customers.. Absolute shambolic treatment during tough times!
