I unfortunately pressed the wrong option by mistake. And ended up buying it as well. I contacted @SkyUK to explain and ask for a refund. 1/2

But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?
