    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have a Challenge TV and a Pick TV with no shows. Poor excuse for Asian content on all 4 networks with no shows being uploaded in a 5-7 day full working week and Bigg Boss on Colors which relies on Sky Catchup or the English doesn't work any other way 5 full days behind again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Believe in better has been believe in worse and many people rely on ITV X being fully up to date now they have just thrown bedroom TV which even in 2019 used old hardware it just doesn't support it anymore so people rely on Sky+, Q, Glass Catch Up TV to watch ITV weeklies.

    @SkyHelpTeam With no Pick and Challenge shows at all I wonder how bad regular Sky Channels are going to get on Sky Catch Up this week coming probably a week with no up to date on the day Game Of Thrones or something Sky Catchup on +, Q and Glass has been a whimper for 2 weeks fix it.
