@SkyHelpTeam Yes done all the tests. Says there may be an issue but no specifics - then all of a sudden it comes back on again. I’ve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you tell me why it is that ever since you “fixed” my SkyTalk by putting it in the correct slot in the roadside cabinet, that my broadband is going down every 6 hours. I have ultrafast am paying arm & a leg for it, up until you fixed my line I never had a problem.
