    @SkyHelpTeam Right! my phones fully charged and plugged in.. I have a flask of coffee and sandwiches..i’ve told my family where I am in case they start looking for me in the next couple of days. So here goes..I’m going to phone Sky customer services.. pray for me...#skyhopeless

    5/ I know in the current climate there are more important things to worry about but clearly all that waffle about being a VIP customer is crap. In just over 3 months I’ll now be paying ££30 a month more than I was advised and damn near back to where I was @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

    Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

    @SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

    @dshwa76 @LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports That's about the size of it!! Sess is 1 of those young guys who's regular injuries have "hamstrung" his development. He was just starting to look good but now broken down again. Let's hope Reggy stays fit. His goal will give him alot of confidence.

    @Johngar21470100 @LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports We had been overpaying Reggie because we didn't have a quality replacement to give him a rest, and he lost form from it. It's been a recurring problem throughout the squad; a lack of rotation because the replacements were poor, then the player gets injured from overuse.

    @Daily_Hotspur @SkySports His best move yesterday was subbing Mr. Yellow Card Romero. His replacement is not fit to lace his boots. Shows the lack of depth in squad. Richarlison and Calvert lewin were awful. Was that down to us or down to them ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Being asked to log & book a visit. We did that on Friday and we’re told Open Reach had sorted the issue. Had problems over the weekend and yesterday. Works for a while, then internet access drops/ disappears. Reason I’m tweeting is that others saying same as me since last week.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'd like to speak to an advisor about adding sky sports to my package, as the price for a new customer is significantly less than the offer I can access online, how can I do this please? Calling existing numbers tells me to do it online and cuts me off.
