    @SkyHelpTeam This is no help at all. I need to actually speak to someone but you don’t allow me. Ultimately the process to return my old device was not followed by Sky so never happened.

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not my router - rebooted a few times also. Usually don't have issues (aside from it being not as fast as it should be). Your broadband speeds have been terrible the last 2 days though. Seems an issue at your end.
