    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @Jt786Mo @SkySports I get that and I and the rest of the world has had it rammed down our throats since the unfortunate murder of George Floyd, there is a lot wrong with the world groups will never get on, colours will have disagreements as will different religions buy ultimately we are one

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have spent over 4 hours on the phone to customer services to be told there is nothing they can do despite it being your error, not ours. And it hasn’t been confirmed that you will honour the price that I signed up to! Really disappointed!

    @SkyHelpTeam HI there every time I run a check on my broadband it says there is something wrong. I unplug and replug everything and the online system keeps on sending me back to the first page and says there is a problem. This is an on-going issue.
