@SkyHelpTeam Yes done all the tests. Says there may be an issue but no specifics - then all of a sudden it comes back on again. I’ve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

@SkyUK further 7 or 8 minutes whilst Anthony was working on it, the line went dead ! I would have thought Anthony would have called me back to complete the process however he never did. I'm disappointed in the wifi service as we aren't getting a WiFi quality that will allow my wife to
