But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

A number of times it shows as no internet for 30 mins or so and takes a while to fix. Today, so far it’s not fixable. Please can you help?

Not sure why we need the appt and waste all this time 🤔
