@SkyHelpTeam looks like a "glitch" in the Panther warehouse has caused a delay with all #skyglass deliveries today. Panther have conveniently turned phone lines off. No one from Sky can update on why. probably a few people with same issue @MoneySavingExp

@SkyHelpTeam Yes done all the tests. Says there may be an issue but no specifics - then all of a sudden it comes back on again. I’ve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet yet again! Come on Sky when are you going to sort these problems out? The issues are not in relation to all our individual routers - the internet keeps dropping out frequently for mass users across the country.

@kevharv52 @SkyHelpTeam @SmurfStilts Whenever I've had a fault with equipment outside of the first year they've wanted to charge. And they have an extended warranty company contacting you straight after getting new equipment. Not sure why (other than accidental damage) anyone would need it if it's covered by sky
