Really annoyed with @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @NestUK_ today Got new BT ultra fast broadband hub installed but Sky Q and Nest can’t connect to wireless. Ongoing issue for many users and each company blames the other. Devices don’t interface in the network. HELP!

It’s just the fact it’s a woman being more knowledgable about football that’s got some people’s backs up. The amount of stick she gets isn’t fair. There are far worst pundits working daily for the BBC/Sky etc

Fair play to @SkyHelpTeam, called yesterday regards to a broadband issue. They sent an engineer out today and the problem was resolved. No messing around and got a discount on my next bill. Really quite impressed 👍

@SkyHelpTeam Your desktop app for watching Sky Sports is absolutely dreadful. It’s never worked properly, not that I have to use it often but today is barely watchable. Alternates between 20 seconds of decent picture and 20 seconds of blurring.
