Avoid #Skystore at all cost's. I rented a movie. But I had to interrupt watching it. When I went back to view it. I unfortunately pressed the wrong option by mistake. And ended up buying it as well. I contacted @SkyUK to explain and ask for a refund. 1/2

I swear we need to change ISP and TV providers. Nearly all of our channels don't get signal all of a sudden and the apparently 30Mbps Internet keeps cutting out. Doing my head in now @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach Somebody is lying again 2nd visit today & fibre still won’t be fitted until another visit. So that will be 3 visit 3 appointments. Getting pissed off now was told it will be sorted today🤬will definitely be looking for a refund as service is 💩

Sky Broadband is shite @SkyHelpTeam I have ultrafast plus and yet download speeds are way below what you say, streaming is slow and the wifi doesn’t reach every room. Talking to someone about it is a 45 minute wait. What’s the point? Useless

@SkyUK Without broadband now since 26th October 2022, also no sky Q services . All being paid for. Sky have been contacted by many residents in my area and continue to state there are no outage issues. They dig further and state open reach are working on it .No call back !!!!
