With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been appalling for a good 2 months now. Signal doesn’t reach any bedrooms in the house at all, no matter what we try. Seems pretty pointless. Hopefully @virginmedia will have something to offer when my contract is up!

With this new "lockdown" with all schools closed, is it not time for free Internet /broadband for all who have children at school so they can continue with their school lessons online? @SkyUK @virginmedia (and all other network providers) many children will miss out due to this.
