I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! Absolutely shambolic service. Glad I cut my internet bill by £10 a month with @litfibre. Far superior service. My internet is 8x faster.
