    @Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

    @SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner I loved everything about the Sky service apart from the price so took the tough decesion to move to Virgin whose TV isn’t quite as good but it’s much cheaper, broadband faster, customer service improved from before and therefore good enough.

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Same was a customer for years but terminated this week and off to BT for half the price....my contract was due up in June so thankfully hadn't renewed yet, get price increases but this one from sky is outrageous

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Exactly the reason I ditched them permanently. They offer you a better deal not to cancel and then up the prices. Only made that mistake once and will never go back

    @SkyUK How do I go from sky+ to sky Q it doesn't give me an option online and there are no deals for people with a sky+ box anymore meaning costs are getting ridiculous with no way to bring them down.
