@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

Just got off the phone from @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam awful experience. I have good broadband from #sky but only in one room. I called to get a booster and was advised I would need to get the tv package. So my monthly repayments would increase from 55 to over 100.Calling #Vodafone

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been on/off for 24hrs now in Flintshire. Varying speeds from Nothing to 100mb max when paying for 900mb. Wifi not working either; Hub not assigning IP addresses or dropping devices constantly. What’s going on?!! Showed major outage yesterday but clear now.

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer is coming out to switch me to a different provider in 2 days and they are not charging me for it. There is no excuse for you creating a two tier system to fix a service that we already pay you to provide. It's just scummy profiteering.
