With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam - absolutely disgusted about the installation of broadband I recommended for my daughter when she moved into her flat. Signed up 05/08 and install date changed 3 times. Still without service and not given any information when it will be resolved
