    @SkyHelpTeam Help needed please, Sky customer is shocking! I was promised a call from Sky technical support tonight at 7pm - no call! Very disappointed! Still no Broadband since installation of new Ultrafast 1. Just disgraceful!

    @craigreddy @SkyUK One of the boys suggested it to me, pal. Never thought of going with them but he said he’s never had a problem and signal has never dropped. Get a £70 reward voucher as well apparently!

    Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesn’t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky fibre broadband has been down for over 24 hours. You can’t get through to your contact centre with a wait time of an hour!!!! You charge a premium for poor service …. When will my broadband be back on?

    @RankinPeter @SkyUK Very interesting. We are leaving due to customer service. Were paying through the nose for BT Halo and when we actually needed the technical experts were totally let down so pointless waste of money for that

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes it's an outside issue, also spoke to your team just now. Been advised 5 working days, but as I work from home it means booking holiday time off until fixed. Will have to look into a package with a 4g backup as will many others working from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I’m having difficulty logging into my Sky app. It accepts my username and password, tries to login but then just goes back to my phones app screen? Have you locked my account somehow? Kind regards
