Reported it a dozen times and although they could send me a signal booster to solve issue, they won’t. I just get sent around the houses whenever I speak with them and or told “our department can’t help”

@SkyUK well I made a huge mistake, been giving the Q box a second chance as it keeps loosing connection with your own broadband, and I have just moved from @VodafoneUK mobile to you because of shared data, well first you need a signal worth more than 3G to actually use the data.
