@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@Michelle_Fitton @SkyHelpTeam After making a formal complaint I was told that Openreach were aware of this on Tuesday 19th. But as they do no not work weekends it could be Wednesday 28th before it is fixed. This is atrocious service.

@SkyHelpTeam @DavidCawdrey Don’t bother David. They are screening our calls and just giving an automated response that there’s an outage with no estimated time or fix then cuts you off. Denying us the right to speak to an advisor. OFCOM clearly states you should provide this. Is it days, weeks or months?
