@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam How strange I do not have STV on my on demand or my catch up. If I log onto itv hub online, no return is there. But on itv hub on sky q, it isn’t? How can I view this please? I’m paying £120 a month so far and just having constant issues at the moment

@RWTaylors @SkyHelpTeam Richard, I'm with Sky mine went down last Thursday, did some jiggery pokey on the website for trouble shooting and because it wasn't resolved via the jiggery stuff the site just said they would send an engineer out, he arrived on Sat morning and fixed the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Even more challenging when your WIFI keeps going down eveyweek and the sky staff are useless and say there’s nothing they can do for 5 days !!!! I’m going to loose my job because of your unthoughtful collages that never help ! I had to get in another company to fix my wifi !!
