    Really annoyed. My Sky bill is £84.99 a month and my internet connection is down. I’ve tried to reset and nothing. Next step is to call them. Understandably they’re only dealing with problems from key workers. I am one but am shielding. So I don’t count. Can you help @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK you have the power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league teams to ensure the season is not void. Clubs trying to stop season to stay up is a disgrace. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. This dang happen. Disgraceful

    @SkyUK Please provide me with a telephone number for your UK customer services team, whoever you are employing overseas are treating your customers like dirt and I’m on the edge of cancelling everything including a soon to be completed sky Q installation.

Give liverpool how ever many leagues they want to feel good about themselves and cancel the football until stadiums can be full

A great series, although I felt we never had the rub of the green!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

    Still having issues with @skytv broadband. No service at present. Nobody @SkyHelpTeam answering the phone. Very tempted to cancel DD as surely this amounts to breach of contract

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I stayed on the call as my wife is a key worker in healthcare and was unable to work yesterday evening from home due to the issues. The call then rang off. Tried multiple times. Unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you - but my whole point is why am I having to chase sky? I appreciate this maybe a BT resourcing issue but I’m a sky customer, i pay you every month not BT so you should be getting this sorted on my behalf and keeping me updated - that is not happening

    @Vixpy1 @SkyHelpTeam The on demand service is included FOC so you don't actually pay anything for that, and hopefully you are still aware there are physical shops you can get off your lazy arse and go to for shopping. Lastly, of course you've asked for a manager you self-entitles Karen

    @SkyHelpTeam That bt would need an on site visit ( as opposed to the other 2 times where they presumably attempted to fix it with voodoo ) , assumed this would be booked automatically but called again Today to be told I should have contacted sky to book it and there were no o/r appt till tom

    @SkyHelpTeam currently no internet here in Nuneaton has been out for one hour now done everything we can to get it back working. Reports of other peoples internet down. Can you advise??
