I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

@SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

@SteelDiane @SkyHelpTeam A fire incident at Red Bee (who play out TV channels) has resulted in major technical problems and they are trying to get all channels involved back on air. BBC, C4 and C5 take priority (they are on back ups), but as Box Plus don’t have the same, they are using The Box as back up

@SkyHelpTeam I understand that, but am I just supposed to wait indefinitely until then? One delivery date has already been missed and it’s not looking good for the second date. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect confirmation of whether it will be sent so I can decide whether to cancel.
