@SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

@BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

If your on a communal system there is an issue on some systems with HD but should be able to watch the equivalent channel in SD. For example 405 golf HD or 859 golf SD

I was forever getting technical errors or lost network and rebooting etc Then that Sky engineer turned off a setting on each box that made it all work smoothly. Simple as that. Don’t know exactly what setting he turned off

@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Same here. Looks like the weather caused it. Some channels ok but most froze for a couple of days. Just unplugged at mains then put back on to reset and not had any issues since.
