    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed with the service provided tonight. I work 6 and half out of 7 days a week and only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to have a late Christmas day zoom call with my 13 children (who are all crying now, thanks) and my WiFi cut out for the entire time.

    @SkyHelpTeam I switched to Sky two months ago and it’s the worst broadband I have ever experienced!!! If two game consoles are running in the house that’s our lot. Tv won’t work upstairs. Phone WiFi doesn’t work. Absolute joke!! As soon as I can I’m off!!

    @petmad53 @Crocidolite11 @SkyHelpTeam We didn't have internet for a few days in the middle of the year and i reckon it was because of the discounting of Huawei parts but they'll never explain why which is stupid cos we know and a lot of ppl have had the same total knock out with other providers.
