    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    Still having issues with @skytv broadband. No service at present. Nobody @SkyHelpTeam answering the phone. Very tempted to cancel DD as surely this amounts to breach of contract

    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    So @SkyUk arrived to fit Qbox as our box doesn't work since new tv, on arrival although masked up they can't come in. Took one look at house and said too high ladders won't reach dish have to call another section out but could be a few weeks.We have already waited since early dec

    @SkyHelpTeam U simply are not providing the service your sales person & engineer told me I’d get! I can’t tell me I’m getting ultrafast broadband (which I’m paying for) when we can’t access ANY Wifi in 2 rooms upstairs. We’ve never had this issue with virgin so you can’t blame it on my setup!

    @SkyHelpTeam I know that. Speeds are always as they’re meant to be but everything lags. How can your ‘fastest’ internet be this bad? i can’t enjoy a game cos I’m watching it freeze all the time cos of your internet. I always say this to you and you say the same thing. Never gets sorted
