    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, my bank details still show on the my sky app so you should have no issue. Can I ask why this wasn’t sent initially please? And why it has took for me to raise this months later for it to be dealt with? If I hadn’t raised it when would you have sent it, or wouldn’t you?

    Have had an issue for a long time with Sky Broadband. The WiFi is often very poor. Am considering switching to TalkTalk. Guess what? When I tried to access the TalkTalk website Sky blocked access. When I turned off WiFi on my iPhone I could access the website-how strange? @SkyUK

    @gimboid68 @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband the cable service is giving a free code to their broadband subscribers through their VIP system for a cosmetic (character skin) for a popular video game called “Call of Duty”. And I was wondering if you don’t need the code can I have it?
