    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s an open reach problem (like I was told 2 weeks ago) we’ll raise a job (told before) we’ll contact you when we know what the problem is (told before and didn’t happen) no complaints manager dealing with it. I’m looking elsewhere
