    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box needs to be rebooted nearly every day as it freezes, also I can’t record from New series screen on TV guide , can you help ? I have got the latest software update.

    The £ gleaned by both @virginmedia and @SkySports in making it difficult for fee/ subscription paying members to watch “each others” content must clearly outweigh the customer service calls and complaints 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi sky just had a call from +44 800 597 9843 asking for personal info such as mothers maiden name. This sounds dodgy to me like somebody at sky is giving away customers details. We are always told never to give password details to people who phone you.

    @SkySports So they've been saying they're going to knock each other out for weeks now and soon as they've got the amount of pay per view they wanted it's now turned into an exhibition. I would get more out of watching them in sparring .worst thing is they're already talking next opponents
