@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

@kellyvicker @SkyHelpTeam Sometimes when they switch a large area back on (like large parts of Manchester), they might need software updates on the main servers? They'll never tell us *exactly* what happened, ofc. Our Fibre (+landline) has been off about ten times since the install a few months ago. sigh
