When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

You’re paying £90 a mth to watch the exact same TV that they are advertising the exact same channels to a new customer for £50 per mth. Mind boggling! Used to ask them to cancel and every time they’d eventually drop the price, but got bored of having to play this game after 25 years and finally ditched them! Best decision ever haven’t missed it once, Netflix and Prime fill the gap so much cheaper.
