Gary Pine (@garypine) reported from Kingswood, England@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

Hi, call me Chu x (@xChuChux911) reported from Bristol, England@SkyHelpTeam FYI I've just had a call claiming to be from Sky and that my 'sky maintenance' is due. I've never heard of it before and I've been with sky for a few years now. I'm pretty sure it's a scam as it's from a spoofed number.

We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.
