    @SkyHelpTeam hey Sky, the last few nights our SkyQ box is saying we have no Internet connection even thought phones and laptop are connected and all lights on the box are green? Turned everything off and on but still no luck. Help!! I just wanna watch Netflix 🥺

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box needs to be rebooted nearly every day as it freezes, also I can’t record from New series screen on TV guide , can you help ? I have got the latest software update.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @virginmedia why do I’ve over pay for my services that you can’t deliver customer service joke keep reading off a card no help what do ever what clown do I need to speak to . @SkyHelpTeam might be a able to help £144 a month and still not able to watch i player internet slow😡

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyHelpTeam My electrics briefly went off today, for around half an hour. Now saying my Sky Q box can’t connect to network, nor my mini Sky Q box. Network showing it is connected. Have tried numerous times to start and reconnect, no luck. Any clues?

    @dancelightning @SkyHelpTeam @SkyNews Lots of things missing including those apps plus many news channels no +1 etc, a really piss poor service and I say that as a loyal over 21 years Sky customer who also has broadband and landline with them. It's a joy to have Sky+ back

    @ASkauen @SkyHelpTeam I have tried 4 different devices, mobile, iPad, desktop app and chrome book using sky go and the sky sports app, and the red button games are not working. Not listed on the desktop app, but the link on the sky sports app is broken.

    @GraceOnFootball @btsport I'm not an Apple fanboy, but this isn't an Apple-specific issue - I've been repeatedly getting the same problem with out-of-sync audio/video watching BT Sport on my Windows PC for months. But don't get me started on how shockingly bad @SkySports is on the same device. Grrr.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through that but the issue is on your side not mine, the wifi does not drop only the broadband connection, the connection information on the router says that it has only been up for a few minutes after it has dropped and then come back.
