@SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

Hi @SkyUK I’m on the phone to my 79yo mum who’s had Sky fitted today and it just doesn’t work - because nobody said she would need a newish telly and apparently hers is too old. She’s been without broadband for days and is now without TV. This is pretty poor.
