Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

I feel @SkyHelpTeam are *************** out of me. Sent a text saying added free 5G add on to my plan. Centre of Bristol 5G showing, 4 bars signal still can’t watch a Tik Tok video or open an Instagram story. Absolute shite network, just does not work in so many places

@SkyHelpTeam can I just say trying to reactivate your Discovery+ account on skyQ box is nearly impossible. It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

@SkyHelpTeam FYI I've just had a call claiming to be from Sky and that my 'sky maintenance' is due. I've never heard of it before and I've been with sky for a few years now. I'm pretty sure it's a scam as it's from a spoofed number.

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@Fball_Insights_ @pgr_analytics @SkySports I suppose Villa now blocks passing lanes to the middle to encourage the opposition to pass down the flanks, rather directly engage them with a pressure high up. But I just have it in my mind that aggressive attacking fullbacks == high counter press if possession is lost.

@SkySports Spurs are just a lucky side. Conte is one of the worst managers I've had the misfortune of watching and I'm refusing to watch another game of theirs. Hopefully Manchester City give them what they deserve in the league cup semi final
