Hi, call me Chu x (@xChuChux911) reported from Bristol, England@SkyHelpTeam FYI I've just had a call claiming to be from Sky and that my 'sky maintenance' is due. I've never heard of it before and I've been with sky for a few years now. I'm pretty sure it's a scam as it's from a spoofed number.

Gary Pine (@garypine) reported from Kingswood, England@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

Gary Pine (@garypine) reported from Kingswood, England@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.
