@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

@SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

@SkyHelpTeam I did try this. Your Sky Community Help pages are riddled with people having the same issue for various upgrades. Clearly a problem on the website when a range of devices get the same errors. Perhaps you could escalate it to the relevant team.

@SkyUK Getting bored with your service now, every time I fancy wathing an old film it's either not there or I have to buy it. Example looked at a 2007 film tonight £14 to buy no option to rent. I am wondering why I pay you monthly for the film channel.
