    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    @RobboTaylor @SkyHelpTeam This seems an ongoing issue which Sky will not admit problems.Just upgraded to 2T Sky Q HDR and terrible. On a HDR Tin Star episode the sound cut out 5 times, give me my old box back and the £50 charged for the upgrade.

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet down again at the same time as the other outages! you guys must be performing some maintenance or upgrades and not informing customers as you should do. yes it is a hassle but it is worse when Sky doesnt communicate at all !!!

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports And there we have just two of the reasons why I don’t watch Premier League football anymore. Both going down as if Mike Tyson in his prime had hit them when in reality there was minimal contact for the 1st and none for the 2nd. Blatant cheating backed up by VAR.

    So @SkyUK , my broadband is down, it’s not to do with my home setup so you need to send an engineer. First available slot is 2nd Jan and you want to charge me for it? Not good enough in a time where most people, myself and my husband included, are working from home.
