I wonder how many days in your life, u r on the phone to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam and still get nowhere? It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam if I’m ever going to be a good dad I need to be able to send Taylor Swift GIFs to my daughter & I can’t do that if your network coverage is absolutely awful. Can you please improve your coverage around Bristol. Why would I pay for data package if I can’t access data

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

Extremely upset @SamsungUK & @SkyUK wont help. Be wary buying the new Galaxy FE 5g - apparently comes with Free Active watch. What they don’t say when selling is that you can’t claim the watch until the phone arrives 4-6 weeks on back order. Then the offer is over #miss-sold

@SkyUK my dad is 81. Ordered Superfast b/band (to help keep in touch) on 11th Dec. Told wd be in place b4 Christmas, then 4th Jan. Now a month later told order may have to be cancelled (will find out Thurs!?!?). No cust/service, no answers and no way to escalate!! Solution?
