Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home.
