@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no ITV channel for 2 days. It is only affecting one box on my house. I’ve reset the box and the router but no joy. I’ve been to your technical pages and can’t get through to the contact centre due to wait times of 30m. HELP!!!

@SkyHelpTeam the router is sending a strong enough wifi signal to my printer to connect. I've never had a problem with Virgin or Talk talk. The printer is 14 from away with a partition wall between it. I can't move the router as there's not enough cable.
