  @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

  @SkyHelpTeam is something going on at the moment? I’ve done countless speed tests and they all say my internet is very fast but I cant load anything on my phone 80% of the time, my ping in-game is very high, and my connection to game servers and parties is awful.
