@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam made a phone call yesterday morning around 12pm because of broadband issues, the gentleman on the phone couldn't resolve it and said he had escalated the issue and I would recieve a phone call within 24hrs. It's now been 30 hrs and still no phone call Not happy!

@Dariot27gmailc1 @SkyHelpTeam Exactly the same situation for us. It’s incredibly frustrating. They just follow the same process regardless of what situation you are in. After 7 weeks you would expect someone at Sky to do something above and beyond to help a customer out.
