    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    @SkyHelpTeam We have asked a number of specific questions but unfortunately they do not get answered. The team have told us they can only communicate with Openreach via an online message service. Can’t you just pick up the phone to them and find out for us?

    @SkyHelpTeam Exasperated at being unable to watch programmes on Sky Glass, ITV Hub. As soon as I get to adverts it freezes and I have to abort watching it. Useless. Give me back Sky Q far superior. Can record, housekeep, fast forward and watch with no problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our next update is arranged for the 6th December. The problem is the updates we're getting don't have any substance, there is no actual update and the call is just to book in another 'update'. The date we want to know is the date the pole will be installed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Box wouldn’t switch on using remote and yes checked batteries. No green light. Unplugged and rebooted and worked. Also signal poor at one end of house so Hive control keeps dipping out…

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, I have completed the test… which works and comes back ok. The broadband drops out randomly 2-3 times per hour and .. ironically… I need an internet connection to test the connection so when it goes down I can’t test it! Pls sort it. Thanks
