    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky box has not worked since May, we had a replacement box and an engineer out who said he could not fix it. He told us he had arranged a call from you to swap to sky stream but a week later we still have had no call. Please help or we will be forced to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam 10 weeks ago you agreed to cancel our Sky Glass due to not being able to fix back end technical issues. 10 weeks ago you took back the TV and agreed to cancel our contract. 10 weeks later, after multiple "five day" promises.. we ARE STILL PAYING for the damn TV.
