    @SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam That dont answer my question. Im playing for sky sports and watching same programmes over and over. While this happens I don’t think we should be paying for the service

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    How much of an actual joke are the @spfl? From not educating the officials to using VAR effectively or sensibly to today saying theirs a delay in the post-split fixtures while they try to deal with @SkySports. Never known a more inept governing body.

    @SkyHelpTeam just to add my mum and step dad both are sky mobile and they have the same issues still. I’ve only been aware of this issue now because my phone was using Wi-Fi until I turned the Wi-Fi of. I also get multiple txts sent of the same message from my mum.
