    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam The so-called broadband that we pay for us is non-existent. Surely this is some form of theft now. WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesn’t work. Please please god fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam so my wife is watching a home and away episode, upstairs on mini q box plays but down stairs says don’t have hd subscription which we don’t but works on other box and it’s not recorded in HD. Please explain.

    Been a Sky Customer @SkyUK for more that 20 years and pay £100 per month for a tv and broadband packages so when you provide a discount price why do you need to add a £10 admin fee #treatcustomersfairly #loyalty

    @SkyHelpTeam good evening, I have sky q and recently took out your fibre , it’s all fine apart from the WiFi upstairs is rather poor, it’s no where near as good as it is downstairs it looses connection and is rather slow, help!!!

    Normal awful service from @SkyUK No answer on phone for 30 mins, then 4 hour response rate on IM. Funny thing is that you can add to your Sky package without talking to anyone but those removing items are put through hell. They hope you will give up!
